Carl L. Yates – Principal

Carl L. Yates, Principal of the company, has been in the commercial real estate business since 1973. His role in the company is New Business Development. The Waste USA staff has 60 years of experience in the waste industry.

D. Madden Barnes

Madden  has been involved in the company from the start in 1999. Previous to that, she worked as an independent contractor for a national waste broker out of New York from 1997-1999. Madden also runs the administration side of the company on a day to day basis.

Molly Lester-Garner

Molly joined the Company in 2001 and now handles all New Client Coordination.  She is the first point of contact for on-site staff as they begin to transition to Waste USA for all of their waste removal needs.

Felicia Cannady

Felicia joined the Company in 2001 and is the Dircctor of Accounting. Her department is responsible for all client and vendor accounts on a day to day basis.
